President Biden announced November is National Family Caregivers Month and CARES LMM FOUNDATION raised over $400, and donors participate in the month of giving. Donors were asked to pick a day and donate that amount of money (i.e., November 30, the donor donated $30). There were several larger amounts and they split over a couple or several days.
Over 30 years ago, a friend told me you can’t take care of anyone unless you take care of yourself first.
This unselfish statement meant…in order to care for anyone your well-being needs to nutured so you can continue to be vibrant and caring for others.
