We Care for the Caregivers!
Empowering family caregivers while nurturing their well-being, our mission is to create a supportive ecosystem where caregivers receive the tools, education, and resources needed to provide compassionate care for their loved ones facing chronic and debilitating issues. We strive to cultivate a culture of self-care, recognizing that caregivers must prioritize their own physical, emotional, and mental health. Through tailored programs and opportunities, we aim to inspire caregivers to prioritize self-care, fostering resilience, balance, and vitality in their lives.
Many of our CAREGIVERS would benefit and appreciate a pair of helping hands; someone to stand in for them while they run errands or enjoy a day off; a hot meal that they don’t have to cook; mental and physical well being support; a massage or an exercise class.
With your help and donations, we are be able to provide these and many other support services to help care for our CAREGIVERS!
Of course, we accept monetary donations, but we also welcome gift cards for restaurants, ride-share services, supermarkets, spas, etc. We are always in need of volunteers.
CAREGIVERS!
For every act of kindness, the positive impacts are priceless!

Carla Hooks, Founder
Carla has a BS in Organizational Management and pursing her MS, Administration of Health Services.
For the last 30 years, Carla’s dream was to begin a non-profit that would cater to individuals with Sickle Cell Disease. Her thoughts of helping were expanded to focusing on CAREGIVERS. After experiencing some recent health issues and finding it difficult the idea evolved into providing services for CAREGIVERS.
Taking care of an individual or individuals can be overwhelming and many caregivers ignore themselves physically and mentally to do for the others they care about. I am hoping what I can provide will be beneficial.
Carla enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family, friends and other charitable work.
